This Big Mac Salad is perfect if you're craving McDonald's!
A regular Big Mac from McDonald's is a whopping 18 points. That's pretty high!
This Big Mac Salad is only 7 points for blue, green and purple.

Not only is it delicious but it's also great for meal prep.
There's a few things I did to lighten up this salad. The first was I used light mayonnaise instead of regular.
Instead of using a high fat ground beef I used Laura's Lean Ground Beef.
I also used reduced fat cheddar cheese to keep the points low.
All of the other ingredients are pretty low in points.
The first thing you'll want to do is to make the dressing. I like to let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours, but you don't have to.
Here's what you need for the Big Mac dressing:
- Light mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Dill relish
- Vinegar
- Garlic powder and onion powder
Making the dressing is as easy as whisking together all of the ingredients.
Here's what you need for the salad:
- Lettuce
- Onion
- Reduced fat cheddar cheese
- Pickles
- Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- Worcestershire sauce
- Minced garlic
- Salt and pepper
I like to use at least 1 cup of lettuce for each salad. To assemble the salad I start with putting the lettuce in the bowl.
Add 1/4 of the cooked ground beef, chopped onion, cheddar cheese, pickles then top with dressing.
There are 4 servings of the dressing – approximately 2 tablespoons per serving.
You get the taste of a Big Mac without all of the points! 11 less points to be exact.
If you want to use this salad for meal prep I would keep the pickle slices and dressing separate so the salad doesn't get soggy.
Overall this recipe is very easy to make and takes less than a half hour.
